FAQ
What is included with my Photography Package?
-Whether you’re choosing a Basic, Deluxe, or Premium Package for your shoot, your photos will have the best quality editing. So If there are unsightly cords or small objects you need removed from your photos, please let me know. Green Grass and Blue Skies will also be included with your editing. Next day, you will receive all the images from that shoot along with your Listing Tour, and a Marketing Kit. The Marketing Kit includes Social Media Reels & graphics, Property Website Themes, and Printable Flyers.
When do I get my photos back?
-Photos and Floorplans are received by the end of the next day (7pm). I do my best to send the photos or floorplans to the agent by the next morning. However, as we get into busy season, the delivery time will vary. You will receive an email notifying your photos are ready for download with a link, you can also access them via your account.
Can I add Virtual Staging?
-Right now, I currently do not have Virtual Staging available as an add on. However, I do offer Virtual Twilight as an add on to any photography package.
How do I log into my account?
-At the top of the home page, you’ll find a tab that says Log In. Also on the Services page, you can click the tab “Client Log In”.
How do I reorganize and edit my photo names?
-Log into your account > Click on the Sites tab at the top of your dashboard > Click on the property listing you are working on > Listed on the left side of the page are multiple tabs, click on the Site Media tab > from there you can rearrange, rename, and hide photos for the tour link.
How do I hide a photo I don’t want to use on the tour link?
-Click on the Site Media tab > Your photos will be shown in a gallery with each photo labeled accordingly > On each photo is a Star icon, Eye icon, and Trash Bin icon > Click on the Eye icon to hide the photo > Click on it again to unhide it.
What is the Star Icon used for?
-The Star Icon shown with each photo on the gallery page is used for social media marketing and flyers. The photos you have starred will be used for Social Media posts and Flyers.
How do I edit my Flyers?
-Click on the tab labeled Print Materials > from here you can edit, hide or delete any flyers you would like to use for your listing. If you prefer to hide them from the tour you can click the Eye icon or Trash bin icon to remove them.
Where do I access my tour link?
-On your property listing page, Click the tab on the left side labeled Site Delivery > listed below are your Branded, Unbranded, Marketing Kit, Download Page, and Property Owner Preview links.

How do I change the Property Information?
-On your property listing page, Click the tab on the left labeled Site Data > on that page you're able to add descriptions and details of your listing. ​
How can I view my Invoice?
-Click the Site Summary tab on the left side of the Listing page > Scroll down to the bottom of the page > View Invoices.
